Dr.Hong-Jin Kim is Professor and Chairman of the Department of HBP Surgery and Liver Transplantation of the Yeungnam University Hospital in Daegu, Korea.He was a president of Korean HBP Surgical Society. He is a vice-president of organizing committee of IHPBA2014 Seoul. He was a treasurer of ELSA. He is a congress president for 2015Asia-Pacific Association for Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons,Daegu, Korea. Professor Kim has been actively involved in basic and clinical research in liver surgery and laparoscopic surgery. He has published 147 peer reviewed article. He has also written 3 books. He was an associated editor for Journal of Hepato-Gastroenterology. He is a member of editorial Board of Journal of HBP Science and Asian journal of Endoscopic Surgery.
