Deadline of contracted hotels reservation: Monday, September 30, 2013
Deadline of Early-Bird Registration: Monday, October 31, 2013
Deadline of Online Registration: Friday, November 5, 2013

Registration Fees
Currency: Taiwan Dollars (TWD)
Exchange Rate: USD1=TWD 30

Online registration and payment is highly recommended. Registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system. All payments must be made in US Dollars/Taiwanese Dollars. Registration fees can be paid by credit card.

Refund Policy
Cancellation can be made by fax or e-mail but must be confirmed with your hand-written signature. 

Personal Insurance 
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any unexpected accidents that cause any forms of damages, property losses, or cancellation expenses to participants. All participants are recommended to arrange their own insurance for coverage. Please consult your local insurance resources for further information.
